pretty much the main mechanic is the killcam / skeleton damage but i turned it off only a few missions in. broke up the gameplay & the pacing too much, i mean its really cool but it gets old. the bullet physics feel great, and you have a lot of options on how you want to play the game. you can be stealth or go balls deep, which is what i did the whole game. difficulty is fair, and if you lost its your fault and you can learn from it. it's really short, beat it in one day and not much story to speak of. its unfortunate that hitler is only on the DLC so i didn't get to kill him.
I appreciate the lack of story and narrative. It just throws you in the game for pure gameplay. The limited story and cutscenes are cool and discrete. The level variety is memorable and takes you through various locations such as dark trenches, city streets, industrial complexes, interesting classical museums with some close quarters combat.
- PLayed through the game a second time on Co Op on the hardest difficulty which was a blast. Perfect co op game. Unfortunately we didn't unlock the achievement for beating it on the hardest difficulty, so maybe we should have played the remastered version.
